Brian Buchanan, MBA

Brian received an undergraduate degree and Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.

Brian began his career at California Republic Bank, a Southern California community bank, where he worked as a Credit Analyst originating commercial business loans and commercial real estate loans as well as acting as the Bank’s Portfolio Manager, overseeing the Bank’s real estate loan portfolio.

He has over ten (10) years of experience in commercial lending working for three California banks originating in excess of $750M in commercial and real estate loans. During his career, Brian has developed a passion for commercial real estate and started investing and partnering in real estate deals.

Brian has made personal investments in industrial and land deals in and around the Las Vegas area. Brian decided to leave the banking space and dedicate himself to and launch Champlain Real Estate Group with Dean and Erin.

He lives in Ladera Ranch, CA with his wife, son and daughter and enjoys playing golf and traveling. 

Dean received an accounting degree from California State University, Fullerton and began his career at Deloitte & Touche where he earned his CPA license.

He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting leadership roles including M&A, IPO’s and investor relations. During his career, Dean began building a real estate investment portfolio including investments in Boise ID, Temple TX and Las Vegas NV and decided to dedicate himself to and launch Champlain Real Estate Group with Brian and Erin.

He lives in Laguna Hills, CA with his wife, son and daughter and enjoys traveling, practicing Brazilian jiu jitsu and playing golf.

Dean Gerasimou, CPA

Erin Dolan, CPA

After attending the University of Southern California with a degree in accounting and earning his CPA license, Erin has spent over 20 years in the multifamily property industry with guidance from his family’s many decades of real estate management experience. Erin is also a California licensed real estate broker.

Erin believes that disciplined real estate investment is the optimal way to build wealth. Throughout his career he has assisted his clients with acquiring, selling and maintaining their assets and tailoring services to each client’s specific needs.

Along the way, he and his family have built a real estate portfolio including vacation rental property in Montana and multifamily housing in Prescott Valley, AZ. He is excited to launch Champlain Real Estate Group with Brian and Dean to continue to serve clients and help them achieve their investment goals.

He lives in Laguna Hills, CA with his wife and two daughters and enjoys reading and playing golf.
